Cooperation between the Department of Mechanical Technology and practice is an important part of its teaching and research activities. Experts from practice participate in teaching in a partial way, student internships, assignment of thesis topics, excursions, professional consultations, etc. Almost all students' final theses deal with a specific topic from practice. Cooperation with practice is also implemented in the form of economic contracts. The Department also cooperates with a number of universities at home and abroad.
